Here’s a list of the most frequent questions we get. If you need to know something else, just reach out to us!


How much do your products cost?

All of our work is custom and is priced by the square foot. Our product pages have "starting at" prices to give you an idea for pricing. If you'd like to get a quote, reach out to us with your ideas. We'll provide you with an estimate!

How do I start an order?

You have a few ways to start an order with us -- Choose whichever is easiest for you! Text or call us at 541-622-2139, email us at sales@applegatecustoms.com, or reach out to us through our form on the Contact Us page. Most of what we create is priced by the square foot, so once we get some initial details from you we'll be glad to give you an estimate.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We're happy to provide you with several payment options!
For no fees added, you're welcome to use Venmo or Zelle.
For a 3.5% fee added, you're welcome to use PayPal, or credit card.
When you're ready to pay your deposit, just let us know your preferred method and we'll give you that handle in a private message.

Is my deposit refundable?

Your deposit is 100% refundable until we start work on your order. Once we start work on your project, the deposit is no longer refundable. Please let us know right away if you have any questions or changes regarding your order.

What kind of logo file should I send you?

Ideally we would love to get a design file in an EPS or AI file type. In some cases a large, high resolution JPG works as well. Additionally, a PDF that was created in Adobe Illustrator may have the EPS file embedded.
If you're not sure what you have, just send it to us and our artist will take a look at it!
Logo files can be sent to sales@applegatecustoms.com.
Please include your name so we can match the logo file to the person placing the order.

I don't have a logo. Can you create one for me?

Yes - We'd be happy to! Get in touch with us, let us know what you have in mind and we will get you a quote.

Is there a limit to the number of colors I can have on my sign, dry erase board, stall guard, or stall plaques?

Nope! Our printing process is full color digital and you can have as many colors as you'd like! If you need any help determining your colors, just reach out to us!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once artwork is approved by you, it typically takes us 10 business day to create your product and ship it out. We will give you options for shipping speed if you need your order more quickly, otherwise we generally ship FedEx Ground.

What are your signs and dry erase boards made from?

We use a material called ACM. It is an aluminum-faced sign board with an extruded PVC core. This material is impervious to moisture, it is extremely durable, and makes a wonderful print surface! Our printing process is full color digital, using UV exterior grade sign inks. Our finished products are photographic quality!

What are your stall guards made out of?

We make our stall guards from heavy duty vinyl coated nylon, with webbing reinforced seams. They are sewn with industrial sail makers' thread. They are printed with UV exterior grade sign ink, which is quite durable. The finished product is of photographic quality and will hold up for years and years of barn life!

Can you help me if my order is damaged during shipping?

It is VERY rare that we have any issues with shipping. In the event of any suspected damage by the shipping company, PLEASE keep your packaging materials for inspection, or a claim may not be able to be processed to replace the item (per FedEx Policy). We will need pictures of all damaged packaging, as well as any damage to products in order to submit a claim to FedEx.
